The Word of God.
Psalms 119:103, 161
"How sweet are Your words to my taste, Sweeter than honey to my mouth!...Princes persecute me without a cause, But my heart stands in awe of Your word"
Unlike any other books, the Word of God is active and living and can change even the most rebellious human mind and bring it to obedience. It can turn a heart of stone into a heart of flesh. It can bring a person from darkness to light. It teaches us to heed not with our own selfish will but His perfect will. It can bring you from fear to faith. And from a sinner to saint.
Hebrews 4:12
"For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart"
God's Word is so powerful than you could ever imagine. So by the power of the Holy Spirit, be transformed by filling our hearts and mind with His Word so that we may able to test and approve what God's will is. Romans 12:2
Don't use it with contempt but with certainty. Never take it for granted but give it importance. For no worthless thing comes from God.
